Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Queensland, Australia. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been shipped, Sage Mermaid is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier. If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sage Mermaid is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
